When we were expecting, we spent an embarrassing amount of time Googling things like "how many weeks pregnant am I exactly?" and "is my baby's weight normal?" There were plenty of answers out there, but the tools were either buried in cluttered medical sites, required signing up for yet another app, or just felt cold and clinical when we were already anxious enough.
We wanted something simple. Fast. Free. No login, no email, no upsell. Just the answer we needed in under 10 seconds.
So we built it.

What BabyMilestones.co Is
BabyMilestones.co is a collection of free, no-account-required calculators for parents and parents-to-be. Every tool is designed to give you a quick, useful estimate — the kind of thing you'd normally have to wait for a doctor's appointment to find out, or piece together from a dozen different Google searches.
The site currently includes 9 free tools:

All calculators are free, work on any device, and require no registration whatsoever.
What BabyMilestones.co Is Not
This site is not a medical resource, and we want to be upfront about that. The calculators give you statistical estimates based on published data — the same reference data your paediatrician uses — but they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If something in the results worries you, please talk to your doctor or midwife. That's what they're there for.
How It's Built
The site is built with React and runs entirely in your browser — no server, no database, no stored inputs. When you enter a due date or a weight measurement, that data never leaves your device. The growth percentile calculations use the official CDC LMS reference tables. The childcare cost estimates are built from state-level survey data. The sleep schedule wake windows are based on published developmental research.
To keep the site free, we display Google AdSense ads. We use Google Analytics to understand which calculators are most useful so we know what to improve. You can read more in the Privacy Policy.
What's Coming
The site is always growing. If there's something you'd find genuinely useful — a calculation you've been Googling repeatedly, or a tool you wish existed — we'd love to hear about it.
Editorial & Correction Policy
Every calculator on this site is built on published reference data — CDC growth charts, CDC/AAP developmental milestone guidelines, ACOG clinical guidance, and state-level childcare cost surveys, cited on each calculator's page. We review each calculator's underlying data and sources periodically; the date of each page's last review is shown near its sources.
If you spot an error — a stale statistic, a broken source link, or a calculation that doesn't match the cited reference — please let us know. We correct verified errors as soon as we can and note significant corrections in that page's "Last reviewed" date.
